Discrimination. The Virginia Council on Human Rights may order respondents to post notices in conspicuous places in the workplace setting forth the Human Rights Act’s requirements.
Earned Income Tax Credit. Employers must post notices about the federal earned income tax credit and the state low income credit.

E-Verify. State law requires certain employers to register and participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program. Upon completion of E-Verify registration, covered employers must post a notice of E-Verify participation as well as a "Right to Work" poster distributed by the federal Office of Special Counsel. Both notices must be displayed in at least English and Spanish.
