Wage and hour. Anyone who operates a factory, mill, workshop, railroad, mine, refinery, or any other type of facility for the production of oil and gas must post a notice in at least two locations outlining the wage and hour law (WY Stat. Sec. 27-4-101).
Unemployment benefits. All employers are required to post information on unemployment insurance benefit rights. WY Stat. Sec. 27-3-401(b)).
