Missouri Right to Know/ Hazard Communication: What you need to know

The State of Missouri does not have its own approved occupational safety and health regulatory program. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act) and its hazard communication, or “worker right-to-know,” standards are the governing law of the state in all private employment. There is no worker right-to-know law for public sector (government offices and operations). Check municipal codes for local requirements.
