Idaho Violence in the Workplace: What you need to know

No law or regulation in Idaho interferes with an employer's right to ban employees from bringing weapons on the premises. However, there is a state law in Idaho that gives employers immunity from civil liability if a claim arises from an employer's policy that allows the lawful storage of firearms by employees in their personal vehicles on the employer's business premises (ID Code Sec. 5-341).
