Arkansas Political Activity: What you need to know

On an election day, all employers must schedule the work hours of their employees so that each employee has an opportunity to vote. The law does not specify the exact amount of time required. An employer that fails or refuses to comply with this requirement may be subject to a fine from $25 up to $250 (AR Stat. Sec. 7-1-102).
