The State Personnel Administration, the central human resources agency of the state of Georgia, offers resources and options for state employees to telework.
The Georgia Industrial Homework Act and the Industrial Board that oversaw the Act regulation have been repealed. Employment of homeworkers in the state is governed by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
