State employees. To recognize the changing requirements of the workforce, the state Department of Budget and Management offers a teleworking program for state employees. The agency has a comprehensive Teleworking Web center with downloadable documents, such as sample policy, telecommuting agreement, evaluation form, teleworker manual, and other resources.
