Minnesota has adopted by reference the federal safety rules for confined spaces in general industry workplaces (MR 5205.0010). The state has no additional general industry rules for confined spaces.
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (MDLI) administers and enforces workplace safety and health rules in the state.
