Wyoming Emergency Preparedness: What you need to know

Wyoming has adopted by reference the federal regulations on emergency action and fire prevention plans (Emp. 1910.33 to 1910.40) for private and public sector employers. Wyoming employers must also comply with the requirements of the International Building Code, International Fire Code, and International Mechanical Code as adopted in WS 35-9-106.
