Wyoming has adopted the federal OSHA regulations on machine guarding (WCWR 025-120-001). No additional state requirements apply.
The Wyoming OSHA plan operates under the umbrella of the Worker Safety and Compensation Division, which is in the Wyoming Department of Employment.
