Wyoming has adopted by reference the federal regulations for hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) in general industry workplaces (WCWR 025-120-001). No additional state requirements apply.
The Wyoming Department of Employment/Worker’s Safety and Compensation Division administers safety and health rules in private and public sector workplaces in the state.
