Nebraska has adopted its own rules for public sector employers, who are expected to follow the requirements of the federal HCS.
· Administration and enforcement. OSHA administers and enforces the HCS requirements for private sector employers in Nebraska. DOL administers and enforces the HCS for public sector employers in Nebraska.
