Washington Ergonomics : What you need to know

There are no specific workplace rules for ergonomics or musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The state regulates hazards related to MSDs under its Safe Place Standard (WAC 296-800-110), which is the same as the federal General Duty Clause concerning physical hazards.
