Virginia has adopted in full the federal general industry standard covering personal protective equipment (PPE) (16 VAC 25-90-1910). Employers in the state are subject to requirements that are identical to the federal rule.
The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) administers the state plan program.
