Arizona has not adopted any workplace safety and health requirements for accident investigations or in-house accident reporting.
The state has adopted by reference the federal rules for safety and health in general industry workplaces (AZ Admin. Code R 20-5-602). No additional state requirements apply.
The Arizona Industrial Commission/Division of Occupational Safety and Health administers and enforces workplace safety and health rules for private and public sector workplaces in the state.
