The state has not adopted any requirements for workplace accident investigation and in-house reporting. The state has adopted requirements for reporting certain types of severe occupational injuries to agency officials that are stricter than federal rules. The Indiana Department of Labor/Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA) enforces workplace safety and health requirements in private and public sector workplaces.
