Other-than serious violation of workplace safety or health standard Civil: 875 IAC 3.11(1)(d): Up to $13,260 for each violation
Violation of posting requirements Civil: 875 IAC 3.11(1)(f): Up to $13,260 for each violation
Repeat violation of workplace safety or health standard Civil: 875 IAC 3.11(1)(b): Up to $134,260 per violation
Willful violation of workplace safety or health standard Civil: 875 IAC 3.11(1)(a): At least $9,472 and up to $132,598 for each violation
