Wyoming's Comprehensive Health and Safety Program guidance discusses training as a vital component of the employer's overall safety and health effort. Employees must be provided with the appropriate training and continuing education to give them the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely. Supervisors are responsible for scheduling employees to attend the required training and for providing the training if required.
